From 4th April to 27th : Time and Life experiences by Julie Bradshaw Private view 3-pm 12th April everyone welcome An installation - a piece of art that you enter in to - an experience. Laid out within the Long room gallery Julie is showing a collection of artefacts, that she has collected over the years and that have associations with her life and struggles to transcend everyday existence. She will be working amongst the objects producing pieces of art that are available for sale and is there to explain her work in person.
The Polka Dot is activily encouraging contemporary and installation artists. Many galleries will not show their works, but we have the facilities and space we can give them the opportunity to actually show their work to a local market. |
